It is a stator from an American model 4600 V2 or 4600 V3.

The third coil is for the brake light.

The lighting coil is more powerful than a standard lighting coil, because it powers a large headlight (6 V 18 or 21 W), a large taillight, and a horn.

The flywheel is also different from the standard flywheel, and is more powerful.
